I apologize, but the HTML version of that file no longer exists. I wrote it in LaTeX back when I used that a lot, & since then, I no longer use LaTeX so much, so I only have the PDF produced from it, not the HTML.

  The links to “lisp-p.org” in that file are incorrect. That was a hostname I used for a couple of years. It's gone now (If it does exist, I don't run it.) Use “cybertiggyr.com” instead.
